11 Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 12 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ljo777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

ljo777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure, after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed under these Terms, will be returned to the account holder through an eligible payment method.

14 Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Platform decisions on game outcomes and technical matters are final where no error has occurred in the relevant software or rules.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ljo777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice through the Platform or by email to registered account holders.

16 Governing Law
